Pros & Cons:
An unbelievable value for the price tag. However, to use the built in GPS you need to buy an add-on that costs more than the receiver itself! I suggest using the app from your phone

The Pioneer AVH X4600BT gives you crisp stereo surround sound, a 7" touch screen display, hands-free phone calls, access to your iPod, and many other useful features. Pioneer has long been a sought after brand in the electronics field, so it's no surprise that this receiver is as intuitive and quality made as it is. While there are many different models to choose from, this one has a great blend of value provided for the price. You'll find similar comparable models from competitors priced anywhere from $450-$600.

The AVH X4600BT comes jam packed with features. It comes with a wireless remote, touchscreen color display, and is compatible with steering wheel controls. For communication, it's Bluetooth compatible right out of the box. An optional mic receiver is included so you can speak without shouting and have it come across clear. A USB port allows easy file transmission with your phone, iPod, or memory stick. It features a 50 watt peak output with RCA outs that make connecting a sound system as easy as connecting the colors.

Pandora Radio comes pre-installed and ready to use, You just need internet access. A really cool built in feature the AVH X4600BT has is a tilt screen that allows you to adjust the angle of viewing. This works great when dealing with sun glare! An optional feature that originally drew me to these models is the rear view camera. This requires the purchase of the camera itself. It typically bolts onto the license plate and can be found pretty cheap believe it or not. The Auto-EQ also has the ability to automatically adjust for the interior of your car if you have the optional mic connected.

Mixtrax comes included with this unit as well. If your not familiar, it's basically a DJ type app for your music. It smoothly fades from one song to the next, carefully matching the beat and genre. It has many other options, such as the ability to listen only to the middle portion of songs and visualization effects.

Whether this is your first aftermarket head unit, or your an avid tech junkie, this is one purchase you won't regret making. When I first saw this I expected a price point of around $450, so I was obviously shocked to see this listed under $330! You get the crisp sound quality, a great 7" touchscreen for viewing, rear view camera capability, Bluetooth, tilt-screen, remote control, Pandora Radio, Mixtrax, and so much more! Definitely worth the investment in my book.
